Browns use no logo and steelers only use on one side. the 3 diamonds are not for the 3 rivers its the just the same Steelmark logo belonging to the American Iron and Steel Institute created by U.S. Steel Corp. And yeah basically they were being cheap when trying out the logos for the first time, and then they had a good season and they didnt feel like switching it up, and then it became tradition for them. the 3 diamonds are represent the 3 materials used to make steel, yellow for coal, orange for ore and blue for steel scrap.

The Steelers have their logo only on one side of their helmets, this was because Art Rooney wanted to see if it looked good, and they just kept it. The Browns only have the color orange helmet and are the only team really not to have a logo on their helmet. The Bengals don't really have a logo on their helmet they have stripes as well as the Rams have horns.

Browns have no logo. Steelers have it only one one side. The reason why is quite interesting: In 1828, the first steam railroad stations were built in pittsburg. they built two tracks, but they only had 1 actual train, traveling east, which is why its on the right side of their helmet. The second train wasn't put into service until 1889, after the civil war. They are actually called steelers because they are the "steel city". railorad tracks were made of steel.

The no logo is the Cleveland Browns. The logo on one side is the Pittsburgh Steelers, who in fact were too cheap to pay for the logo on both sides. When they purchased helmet decals back in the day when they were deciding on which to use, they only purchased one for each helmet, as they didn't want to pay the extra money for both sides. They decided to go with the three diamond logo for the three rivers (their stadium used to be named Three Rivers Stadium), and the logo on one side only stuck with them.

I believe every NFL team has logos on both sides, perhaps the raiders dont... as far as one side goes they all have it both sides... Notre Dame has no logo's on their helmets, but they are NCAA
