During my first pregnancy I was able to take Modern Dance classes up to my 7th month without feeling breathless. But my second pregnancy was a different story. That child decided he liked laying up against my diaphragm, which made walking almost impossible. I was out of breath by the middle of the first block. Unfortunately, he stayed that way until he was born, so I took lots of buses and car rides.

If this is a concern for you, check with your doctor.

Maybe but you should mention this to your doctor, especially since anxiety is not good for the baby's health. In the meantime, find some way to relax, breathing exercises, picture your baby, anything to relax you and make you happy. What is causing you to not get enough sleep?
