a good hook is " Why should we suffer all day in school only to come home to more work?" Thats actually a pretty good hook

Well, talk about the reasons why you should have a study hall. Then use those reasons with other reasons for your middle paragraphs, then state them again in your final paragraph. Thats how I have to do paragraphs
