Is it common to have like very small bumps around the head of your penis?

If they've been there a long time they're most likely pearly penile papules, which are normal.

Hi. What you have is probably Hirsuties Papillaris Genitalis. Pearly Penile Papules as I like to call them. There is nothing wrong with it and nothing can come of it. However if they're rather large you can get them removed with a Carbon Dioxide laser. I will attach a link but warn yourself there is a picture of a penis with it. It's Not Safe for Work!(NSFW)

Oh this is nothing ... All you need bro is two creams the first is hydrocortisone and the second is benzocaine the first will heall youre skin the second will deaden the nerves in youre skin and help relieve the pain.. just apply both twice a day for a week and it should relieve it .. be sure to wash it with a mild soap and dry it very well and also just soaking in a warm bath will help..

not normal but not abnormal, if you don't have them, fine. if you do fine too.

ofcourse i'm assuming this is not a rash!
