I am very unhappy at the moment. My parents are fighting and my mom is being a you know what. It's about 8 pm where I am, so I cant hang out with any of my friends. I have stayed in my room all day....since my mom is downstairs. Can you please tell me some things I could do to bring my character up...I have very low self esteem at the moment. I feel like I just want to curl up and die. (I know, immature) But please give me some good ideas. I also missed school today, and I might miss tomorrow cause I'm so upset.

wow...well that sucks. Nothing you can do but be on the computer, and do nothing...but try and talk to people. I don't understand why your parents won't let you leave the house. Totally sucks. I would be so mad if i couldn't leave the house.
Yeah, i hate it when friends (just call them "Friends" if they care less). They don't care to hear about your problems but sure care to tell you theirs...so why care about theirs? Lol.

I know you shouldn't, but you need to get out of the house. Take a walk around the neighborhood and just find a rock or bench or something to sit and just think for a while. You need some fresh air.

Music!! Turn KLOVE on, it's a positive and encouraging radio station, you can also listen online!

For me talking to God always works!!

I'm a Christian and believe that I have a friend at all times, and Jesus Christ loves you too!

im really sorry. i know how you feel.

wut i would suggest is because your upset you sould meditate.wait till its quiet, turn on some nice music and just sit there crosslegged and just clear your mind off of everything.
