This a hard question you have to be a math wizard to know this.Find a rational number between the two given numbers.
3 5/8 and 27/8

3 5/8 = (3*8+5)/8 = 29/8

so between 27/8 and 29/8 you definitely have 28/8

note - this is not the only rational number between those two numbers, there are infinitely many rationals between them, but it is the easiest one to find.
