Well, If you have the flu and are vomitting, it's a waste of a beer. If you have a cold, and can't taste anything, also a waste of a beer. Really, it's up to you.

Beer has C and E in it, so one probably won't hurt. Alcohol is not good for you, so you want a low alcohol level beer. Also it depends on what you have. It reduces oxygen in your blood which is good for fighting bacterial infections, but it will Not be a good idea with a virus. SO cold yes, virus no. There are good and bad things in beer. Mainly bad.

Probably not a good thing to do if you are sick. Beer acts like a diuretic, which means you urinate more and can become dehydrated really quickly, especially if you also have vomiting and diarrhea,

Only if you're crazy and want to become sicker? Throwing up isn't one of my favourite past times.
