Streak Nude at a WWE event... preferably a PPV. Or wear a highly visual shirt in the front row of a PPV with something directed at him. Long shot, but i dont think you'll get his attention any other way. Email will get read by someone else.... and i dont think you'll get within 20 ft of him otherwise.
Depends what you want him for... if you want to be a wrestler... try getting into one of the highly regarded wrestling schools.
Otherwise unless Vince wants to notice you... you wont get noticed.

For starters, spell his name properly. Get yourself an agent & start working with local "Indie" promotions in your local area.
