I have been playing literati and now it is saying I have an old clients version in my cache,how do i fix it?

I have tried everthing the pop up told me to try, all out of answers please help, it is my favorite game

Addiction sucks!!!
I tried all night to get on until I finally checked another computer and another name to find that it is hopeless!
How will I get to sleep without my Literati fix????
