my last name is REDDICK (seriously)
enough said?
people sometimes say it like 'red rick' but thats dumb because theres only one r and its at the beginning. other times people pause between the syllables, or emphasize the end like redDICK, which can be embarrassing. plus i'm a lesbian with a phallic name, irony at its best!

Yup people pronounce it wrong all the time the s is silent in my last name. My last name is Szemple and people always include the S. But Yea it sounds wierd to me it does!

Yes it is a long last name and not a common one. It is always funny to hear people trying to pronounce it.

Sometimes I think my last name is weird, but no one ever pronounces it wrong. But I get it spelled wrong all the time..

Not only do they mispell and prounounce my last name, but also my first (it's not cecelia by the way) it drives me crazy! and i get so mad, especially when it's something big like graduation or somewhere were they anounce my name or something, and when telemarketers called don't even get me started, i don't even think my last name fits my first, oh also when the new teachers you get prounounce it wrong and you have to correct them and they don't hear you and you have to keep on saying it and everybody's staring at you yeah..

no...sorry...my last name is simple and easy...it is a number...but a lot of my friends have names like tat and they get annoyed sometimes...since people mispronounce it...but people do mispronounce my first name all the time...it isn't tat hard and it gets annoying a lt...
...my english teacher still mispronounces my name...and i hav had her 4 about 6 months...i do correct her...but she still says it wrong...ugha ugah

human beings discover my final call unusual too to what I say "You chuckle at me via fact i'm diverse I chuckle at you via fact which you're each and each of a similar" playstation . Is it a Nigerian call? only thinking.

i have never liked my last name - people say it wrong and spell it wrong. too bad you can't choose your own name!
