screen flashes with new mobo and case???

Question

while I am using IE or word, I haven't tried any other programs, My screen flashes. It's like it is moving the screen around for a millisecond. Doesn't affect anything else, just annoying. I just had a new mobo installed, with a new case and power supply. Im now using a DNA nvidia geforce i-DNA gigabyte, those are the words on the box. Any ideas what happened? I will call the shop tomorrow, but am wondering if you guys can help at all. Thanks in advance!!

Either the Graphics Card is not properly seated, or the The Case has nothing to do with it... Make sure to check all wires, and make sure they are seated firmly, unplug, then plug em back in, and MAKE SURE you are grounded before screwing with the inside of the Tower, either a Wrist, Floor Grounding strap, mat... Or open the case and touch the back metal part of the computer and hold it constantly while working.. Good luck, and did you update all the drivers, especially the Monitor's....
