Remember you can have trades with other countries but pay or receive money in your own currency. The central agency (my organization) would deal with the exchange. Goods only include the ones that can be transmitted through the internet (e.g., e-books), or the one's that doesn't need our personal involvement (e.g., shipping). What do you think? Do you have suggestions as to what other products could be used in these kinds of transactions? It can revolutionize the way things work now. Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

That's exactly how credit cards currently work with international transactions. What's "new" about your plan.
