The 92114 zipcode is the Encanto area, which is just south of I-94. The offramp would be the Euclid Ave. one. Historically, this area is a racially black area, but there are some nice homes as well as some very negative areas. But I don't find a 450 57th street in the 92114 area.

The 92115 area is just to the north of this area, and has some very nice homes in it. 57th street can be located either north or south of University avenue, with the nice homes and apartments to the north. The school in the 92115 area is Crawford High school and it is actually four smaller schols in one - part of a plan to make the schools targeted to the needs of the students and more closely nit. There are some very nice apartments off 58th and University, and the YMCA swimming pool and rec center is just down the street.

All in all, this area is a good one to look at as traffic isn't terrible, the prices are reasonable, and there are some very nice areas.
