how do i post a video on youtube?

i have a sims one i want to put on how do i? give me all the steps

I don't know about Youtube but for Myspace, you click on the upload button and type the video information down then browse for the video you stored in your pc video folder and click open, then you done

You do need an account, but to actually upload, click on Upload Video in the upper right corner of the page. Just follow the steps, and you've uploaded it.
