EVERYONE is different, so there is no set age. Some boys will masturbate and have an ejaculation as young as 9 or 10 years old, while other boys may not have an ejaculation until they are in their teens; 16 or 17 years old. It depends on your maturation rate and when you go through puberty. If you are concerned about yourself, don't be. It will happen when your body is ready, so don't worry about it! Its ok its not abnormal

I masturbated when I was 13! Im a girl though, but still its normal its okay. You may of not skeeted (as in ejaculated) due to your age.
