The Judge at the Anna Nicole's case today is really getting a lot of slander from the press for being so emotional during the proceedings in the case. It seem to me that he has kids and family issues of his own and to hear that this little baby (Dannielynn) is caught up in the middle is truly sad. He's a Judge not a machine....Hell I cried too...for the baby. I hate the press, they can be so heartless. Anyone else agree?

You have to admit his behavior was odd. That said I would hope that I was ever in need of a judge I would get one that had a heart like that guy.

Nobody cares what the drive-by media says anymore . We all know they have personal or political motives for anything & everything they do . Today was the first time Judge Seidlin showed some respect for the proceedings ; and he makes up for some of what went on . I think he finally realized where Anna wanted to go at the end-but I think it was a cop - out , not to have given her remains directly to Howard K. Stern . Now that her mother has decided to appeal the decision - who knows -the whole deal may start all over again . She ought to be ashamed .

Because he's an idiot!! It took him four days to accomplish, what could have been done in fifteen minutes. Why? What was all this other BS about?
Obviously, he wanted be part of the drama! So much that he put these people through four days of hell?
How this whole thing has been handled is beyond ridiculous. If Howard Stern had been legally married to her - produce the papers- get the body. If he was the baby's father, let them test the baby - get the baby. Of course, he wouldn't allow DNA test. He wasn't her husband, he wasn't the baby's father. He's an enabling jerk, whose only way to keep Anna Nicole, and never have to work, was to ply her with drugs, then sell pictures of her stoned out of her head..
And if I was Larry Burkett, I'd have his butt for keeping my baby from me. Isn't that kidnapping?
This whole thing disgust me, and so does the news media who can't let leave people alone. They push people to the edge, then hold camers on them while they're falling over the cliff. Saying "Oh, poor dear, why didn't somebody help her?" We don't need to know everything these people do.

I cried too. She should be buried next to Daniel no matter where that is. I think the judge should get a show poor fella.
