I do get that feeling, and sorry, I don't know if there is a medication.
I suffer from a strikingly similar affliction, where I am convinced that unseen strangers are saying nice things about me, and doing things for my direct benefit. It's called Narapoia.

yes i have its just a felling ever one gets when someone is coming or getting closer to u. I hope my answer helps. And No there is no medication for it.
