Because FM radio stations play a limited playlist that's mainly based on chart positions and record sales.

it's really just mosly requests and avrisements...somebdy from beyone's camp i jsut bribbingi heard a radio staton play beyoce irreplaceablthe spanis version..i was just shaking my head...

idk. good question??? could they possibly have a ban on mjb songs? this station in chicago did! or it could they like drama rather than something positive!
