Yes, you can do it without looking trashy, but you need to make sure you are modeling for respectable companies (both lingerie and photography) and, you need to make sure you know what your contract is going to require you to do (like how often, and what cost per pic, and such).

If you really want to do it, look for open casting calls for models in your area. Chances are you need to get into the industry before you can name your gig.
