I was watching one tree Hill last night (feb,21,07) and Peyton opened the door to who she thought was Lucas but ended up to be some guy who punched her in the face. Who was this guy who punched her and was it from a past relationship or is he new? if he is from a past relationship then why is he punching her! Also is Haley pregent is real life!

okay, throughout last and this season, peyton was trying to find her real brother. so a few episodes ago, a guy said that he was her brother, and being that he knew everything about her and their parents, she believed him. She met him online through webcams.
It turns out he was a stalker. He had pictures of her covering every square inch of his room, and even got something she drew tattoed on his back. He caused a lot of drama because Peyton thought he truly was her brother, but Lucas always thought he was kindof eerie. There were many creepy occurences, such as deeply smelling Peyton's hair during a hug, that proved Lucas correct. However, Peyton did not want to believe that he wasn't her brother, after wanting to find him for so long.
One day she went to talk to the stalker, named "derrick" at his apartment, when she found all of the pictures covering his room, then she started to get scared and called Lucas. Lucas called the cops and told them the name, and they arrested a man named "derrick."
When Lucas went to the station, he found Peyton's REAL brother there, not the Stalker..meaning the stalker was on the loose.
SO the stalker, while Lucas was at the stationm attacked Peyton in her house. Lucas and the real brother final showed up. He attacked Lucas who was trying to save her, and attacked her REAL brother , while trying to rape/kill Peyton.
The stalker ended up falling out the window. When Peyton, Lucas, and her real brother looked out the window, they saw the stalker, laying on the ground, to what they thought was dead.
The police arrived at the scene, and when asked where the stalker was, they pointed to the ground to where he was "dead" and he was gone.
He turned up again in last night's episode, looking like Lucas from behind, but really turned out to be Peyton's stalker.
it was a SHOCKER!

He is a guy that pretended to be her brother but she was really stocking her. Then they got in the fight type thing with Lucas there and when her brother found out he came there and kicked his butt. And the guy who punched Peyton fell out the sencond story window and when the polic came he was gone.

His name is Derek. He's been stalking her for a while. He was claiming to be Peyton's long lost brother that she had been searching for but he ended up attacking her but he got away when Lucas and her real brother pushed him out her second story window. He's back now for who knows what. Plus, Bethany is not pregnant. It said so on her website.

Psycho Derek (the guy who stalked her) was at the door. I don't know why but it's kind of hard to predict what's going to happen next.
I don't think Bethany is pregnant.

properly... they took Derek away on a stretcher and he had a neck brace and different stuff on so i do no longer in all hazard think of he replaced into lifeless... he might have been despite the fact that it did no longer look like it. i think its that one guy who was pretending to be her brother but was actually a stalker and remember he fell out the window but when the cops came he wasn't there

he a stocker. he first showed up as her half brother. then when she went to his place there were picture of her all over his wall. you missed a good one. alots happen, they might show some flashbacks.
