"No memory card in memory card slot 1"but there is!!?

Play Station 2,8MB memory card(7,841KB free space)It worked fine(new) in Tomb Raider-Legend,but won't work in Tomb Raider 2 or in 3,is it because they're PS 1 games?

yes my friend. ps2 requires ps2 memory card an vice versa!

yes if you want to save ps1 games then get a ps1 card.
