Call the exterminator pronto.

just keep with the bug spry
these are the generation of queen ants that are born to leave and start their own colonies. They need to be KILLED at the source. Just keep spraying the area - you only neeed a shot or 2, not alot to kill them. See if you can see a few holes where they come out.
Also - this won't be the only nest - look around your house and in the lawn... you may notice mounds of them.
This was a bad year for ants. I had at least 8 mounds around my foundation and in my lawn. They all hatched about the same time and I sprayed them all. Probably missed some, but do the best you can.

first the characteristics between a termite and ant are similar. The ant has a smaller thorax than its cousin the termite.

what you need to is look at their wings, both should have two set of wings. Termites are all equal lenght, whereas the ants have smaller rear wings.

It is early in the season for a swarm so i would say you have an ant infestation.

I would consult a pest control technician.

With a flying ant-eater? Sorry - couldn't resist. What you might want to try are sticky traps; they have a bit of a scent that many flying insects like, and when they're stuck, they're REALLY stuck.

flying ants are new queens and drones departing to find a mate. the queens will then shed their wings and make a new nest. the drones will die. in either case, they will be gone, usually within a few hours. of course, the home nest is still there. use an ant bait that they take back to their nest to share and kill them all.

If it's a very warm day where you live, you probably have termites and not ants. They swarm when the weather warms to spread and make new colonies. Get in touch with an exterminator.

I would call a professional exterminator. Not only will they get rid of the ants, but they'll probably be able to tell you how they're getting in and how to stop further infestations. Good luck.

Try to keep other doors and windows closed. you can use fly tape ( which is a little gross in a kitchen ) or you can try other things to repel these flying ants around. maybe burn some strong incense or the smell of moth balls .

try the sticky rolls you hang from ceiling and hang one by door, possibly find what's causing them to be so attracted to your house and door. might need a exterminator to come in with something little strong than household sprays.

check by your door for a small opening or call a pesticide company and they will spray your lawn with something that will kill them so they cant come in.
