I may want to attempt having another baby. Does anyone know when is the best time to have the most sex and actually get pregnant? When is a woman most fertile? When is a woman ovulating? Some help please.....

A women has the best chance of getting pregnant the three days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. You can tell when you are ovulating through a few ways. The first one is having egg white cervical mucus. Another way is to chart your basal body temperatures every morning before moving. When you see a drop and then a sharp increase you are ovulating. Also, to get the best quality sperm you should "baby dance" every other day. Sperm can survive in your uterus up to five days. These are the best ways to determine your fertile window especially if you do not have regular periods. The book Mother of All Pregnancy Books goes into all methods in detail and has charts that you can copy to keep track of your cycle, baby dancing, cervical mucus, everything actually and it explains it very well.

The standard answer is that you ovualte 14 dyas after the first dday of your period and then you get your next period 14 days after you ovualte but it is different for every woman. You can use Ovualtion predictor kits to find out what you mast fertile time is. You take tese everyday for seven days (starting on day 11) and when you get a positive test you will ovualte within 24-48 hours. Remember that your most fertile time is 24-48 hours before ovualtion and 24 hours after. Good Luck

Usually it's the 2 weeks AFTER your peroid, but a great place to find out is by searching for a fertility calendar. You input your cycle information, and it will calculate the days that you are most fertile. I used that method, and in 3 months we were pregnant! Good Luck!

If you have a 28 day cycle then you're most fertile after 14 days of the start of your menstration. I believe there are 3-4 days where your chances are pretty high. Good Luck!!!!

not exactly sure of the price, but i think for like $30 - $40 you can get a fertility monitor from the drugstore. it's with the pregnancy tests.

Ovulation is supposedly 14 days into your cycle. That's what they taught us in middle school and I don't think it has changed. Good luck!

9-15 days into your cycle, for boys and do like 4 days without sex to let the swimmers build up.
