what should i do for science fair im in the 7th grade?

There are lots of books on possible science fair projects. Look at one for ideas and then select one on a subject that interests you and one which can be done in the time you have and with your own skills. My son did one on how friction impacted speed. He covered a slanted "roadway" with different things--carpet, plastic, etc. and then used a stop watch to time a car going down the ramp. He also did one on the heat conductivity of various metals.
