Stand on the edge of a stair, and and raise lower yourself on your toes. Start with 3 sets of 50, and gradually increase when the excersice becomes less demanding. I did this in high school, and I eventually wound up being able to dunk a basketball-I'm only 5 ft 10.

There are sooo many products on the market that claim they help jumping. Do Not Buy Any Of Them! They may help... they probably won't. But the point is they are way too expensive to help you with something you could work on by yourself. Working Out is the best way, do things that strengthen your legs. and make sure that you do it steadily and don't stop for a month before working on your legs again.

You need get some weights to jump with. Either dumb bells in your hands or the kind that velcro around your ankles. Do a lot of jumping sets with these. Doing squats help too.

Stretch out.
Stand up, bend down until your butt is almost literally touching the floor, keeping your feet to knees straight.
Do this at 20, then work up.
Once you get good at it, try jumping back up when you go back up.
