No. Depending on the state that you live in, though. It goes by what the father earns, what the mother earns, and the cost of living where ever the child is living.

I'm not real sure what you are asking.

If you are a guy and have another baby you will be paying out more.

If you have his child and he gets another woman pregnant your amount shouldn't go down unless he takes you back to court asking for a reduction. I am a mom of 2 and one on the way. My ex doesn't pay anything , I take care of mine totally. But I think that each parent should pay 50%. If it takes For example if the child's needs are 600 a month the father should have to pay 300.

I dont feel the child should have to pay the mothers rent/ car payment. The support should be used for extra food, and the rest on the child. Just my option.

IT SHOULD YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE A MOTION WITH THE COURT. EXPLAIN CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU ARE EXPECTING ANOTHER CHILD OR HAD ANOTHER CHILD AND THE REASON WHY IT DECREASES IS BECAUSE THE NEW CHILD WILL DESERVE SOME OF YOUR SUPPORT AND THE OLD ORDER WAS BASED ON JUST YOUR INCOME AND NOT ANY OTHER OUTSTANDING OBLIGATIONS. I AM DECIDING THIS RIGHT NOW MYSELF. I JUST HAD A BABY GIRL A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE A SON WHO IS ALMOST THREE AND DECIDING WHETHER TO FILE A MOTION FOR AN INCREASE BASED ON THE FACT THAT I HAVE ANOTHER CHILD. SHE CAN DO THE SAME THING AS WELL IF SHE HAS ANOTHER CHILD. ALSO IF YOUR INCOME OR HER INCOME CHANGES THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE.

nope, you just get to pay for another child. courts dont care about any other kids (made before or after), just the one in the case.

funny thought though, i must admit.

Nope...first court order remains in effect until you successfully challenge it - which is not easy to do.
