you have to be on level two before you can star or thumbs up/down

i use the stars a little more than i used to..but i always use the thumbs up/down because some answers are good/funny and deserve them

Only give thumbs-down if answer is not based in fact. Rarely an issue in P&S but it means something in other categories.

I use it for particularly interesting questions and answers. Yours is not one.
