Adoption, around $60 more or less. But the rabbit, if you go through a reputable rescue, is already potty trained, vetted, fixed, and socialized. Besides, you save a life when you realize that rabbits are the 3rd "most turned in to shelters" animal, which means that they get euthanized a lot, too. Pretty good deal. It's all the stuff that the rabbit needs that are really going to take a chunk out of your rabbit.

Do not go to a petstore. I've found that natural baby bunnies, those from a farm, are better pets. They can interact with their owner a lot better. I bought one from a farmer for $5. I got to hold all of them before deciding. Farmers can tell you what breed it is, and are knowledgable when it comes to this.

You should call the local pet stores and ask them. Usually rabbits are around $25, if not more. If you can find a local breeder, you can probably get it less than that.

(i.e. Our local pet stores sell them for $24.99, however my grandmother raises them and sells them for $5-$15.)

I know you have a cage, bedding and such, but before you get another bunny please sterilize everything. If, god forbid, your bunny had a disease or something, you want to make sure all germs are dead before you bring a new bunny in.
