Check out UBC or UVIC in British Columbia, Canada. You get wicked boarding at Whistler and all kinds of other hills (not too far away), and there is a great music scene!

UMass Amerherst University: is a wonderful college for you to go to if your looking for different things to do while attending courses. This college is culturally different in ways of music, art, theatre, and even is in the mountains were has great and a lot of snow! For you to snowboard! My bro goes to this college and absolutely loves it!
Great for anyone who wants more than just an education, social events and lots of new people to meet; even snowboarders type people! ;)
