Depends.... are any interim visits allowed in teh court papers?

Call your soon to be ex-- and ask... email her... call her... write her... keep trying.

I am including some really good co-parenting links... check them out and forward them to her...

The important thing in a divorce is to love your children MORE than you end up hating each other.

Good luck.

It depends, Is this the first hearing or is there an existing order. If there is an existing order that would be abided by. Normally the court will assign a temporary situation at the first meeting. Up until that time whoever currently has primary physical placement of the children is in control however to show good will they should allow reasonable visitation.

You should document whenever you call to try to set up visitation so that if the other parent is denying visitation you can show that you tried

That would be strictly upto whoever has temp custody of the girls. If you dont show upin court youre going to automatically forfeit any right to those girls and then it definitely be up to whoever has custody to let you see your daughters or not, Think about it

I feel you should be able too but I am not exactly sure. Contact your attorney and find out for sure. Were they taken away from you legaly or are they just with the one parent and nothing legal or binding as of yet? If they have not already done anything legal so far i do not see why you could not see them.

Just because there is a custody battle doesn't mean you don't get to see your kids.

Yes. If you have visitation already in place that orders still applies. If there is no visitation order than you need to make an agreement with the person(s) who have your girls.

Everything remains the same until the judge speaks. Continue on as usual unless you receive a restraining order.
