I really want to to talk to someone so I can complain about the store near me and how they treated my wife and son last night. After spending over $400 their security guard yelled at her in the parking lot. I called the Asst. Manager to complain and was told that he was just doing his job. WRONG ANSWER! I told her I wanted to talk to the Store manager and was that he would call me today. He never called. I gave him a chance, he failed so I am going over his head.Any help in how to handle this or who to get in touch with would be appreciated.

If you hate it so much, don't shop there. When you call places like that looking for a certain response, remember who you're dealing with. These people are working for Walmart, not some upscale boutique.

Not possible through the Walmart website. I would speak directly with a store manager, asking him how to contact upper management in the company.
