Example: something going 15,000 meters in 13.6 seconds what would the average speed be? and how would I find it?

average velocity (speed)= distance/time
15000m/13.6s=1102.9m/s

The average speed = ( the distance / time)
= (15,000 m /13.6 sec) = 1,102.9541176 m/sec

15000/13.6=about 110
