Check your temp make sure your not getting a fever you may be getting sick..What kinda vitamins were you taking??You trying to get muscular i no some of these vitamins are not good for you at all i no several friends thats taken these and died or has serious liver problems if this is the case you better get to the doc fast if not you may be experiencing anxeity or panic attacks which i have it causes shakes rapid heartbeat almost like a rush all the time for some people i was prescribed klonopin for this and it works great..If you think its the vitimans drink water like crazy to flush you out i mean drink like a gallon or more a day for a few days it will do the trick..Good luck

It's probably essential tremors I have it but it's not life threatening but go see a doctor to double check. drinking a beer will temporarily take it away but it's not a solution. On the other hand if you drink and you haven't had a drink in a while you will shake. drinking too much makes it worse.

You may want to tell this to your doctor. You will probably need to tell him the last time you took vitamins or anything he asks you for. He will probably give you some meds that will help

It could be a nerve problem. I would try an herbal remedy if you know what I mean... ;) That should mellow you out real nice.
