The x300 is garbage.

Performance is low for the x300. The 9800 Pro is definitively a faster product. The x300 can be bought for $40.00 and is PCI-Express x16. The 9800 cost over $100.00, if you can find someone still selling them and is an AGP card.

The 9800 would be a little faster. (around the 6600GT card in performance). The x300 is around the speed of a 6200TC.
