Technically I'm sure it can be done, but it is going to be much slower than usual. Also, you will most likely have to have a paid subscription to an anonymizer service. You will have to set the anon service to be your proxy service, and your torrent software will have to point to it.

The Tor network, even with Vidalia , is set up for safe surfing NOT bittorrent. I'm not saying it won't work, but it will be slow.
Try PeerGuardian2. It actively blocks such lovely peeps as the RIAA and is specifically designed for P2P apps like bitorrent. It's free. Just download, install and update. Let it run while you're using any P2P app. No need to let it load with Window$, so uncheck that box and load it before you load your bittorrent client.
