waste pipes (generally 3" for toilet waste) can be turned at 90 degree angles. It is best when turning horizontally to use 2
45 degree elbows rather than a 90. When turning from horizontal to vertical it is OK to use a single 90 degree elbow.

Yes, you can turn a toilet 90degrees, with the number of different waste fittings on the market anything is possible.

You can purchase a 90 degree fitting that will push straight into the waste pipe, or you can use a flexi type waste pipe fitting.

There are loads of options, best to decide for yourself depending on the space you have, where you are siting the toilet.

Yes it's reasonably straightforward as in previous answers, if you are doing this yourself use a flexible, extending waste pipe as its much easier than using lots of pipe and bend pieces. Make sure you have a good, steady fall from the WC to the soil pipe though and support the flexi pipe if it sags at all.

The bolt pattern on the flange will have to move 90 degrees, you can get an adapter flange for this, the new back wall must be approximately 10, 12 or 14 inches from the flange center, and the appropriately sized toilet installed. Clearance from center of toilet must be 15 inches on each side.

Check the traps under your shower, basin, bath etc. If the water from these is being syphoned of by the extra flow through your soil pipe, you will get a direct smell coming from the drains. The water in the traps is only a smell barrier, If it,s not there It,s not working

Yes, you can get these fittings, just ask for a 100mm elbow. To make it easier to fit the elbow to the pipe, Chamfer the end of the pipe with a rasp and smear the pipe and the inside of the elbow with washing liquid and as you push the fitting on , keep twisting it. from side to side.

Take your clues from one and three and combine in your choice. 90 degrees, no matter what anyone says, isn't strictly condusive to a smooth flow however, unless Gravity is largely involved.
I've remodeled more bathrooms than anything else in my life, and have made changes in placement of toilets, similar to what you desire.

Yes, it can be done since the drain seal is nothing more that a beeswax seal. You may have a problem when you set the anchors.
