Just saying,
but how do you wear normal, human pants if your penis is 12 inches long?
Personally, I would rather be to short than have to hold my penis to keep it up.

But, in answer to the question,
when flacid (not erect), the average size varies from 2" to 3.5" inches.
When erect, the average size is any where from 5" to 6.5".
The width flacid is usually around 1", erect, 2" to 2.5".

Your current penis size is fine and completely 100% normal, especially since you're now only a growing 14 year old teenage-boy. In fact the average penis size for a grown man is 5 inches long so you're fine with the penis that you have already today.

god, what is average? im a gal but the sizes of the men ive been with have been very varied, id say erect between 5 and 8 inches (did have one way above this but thats unusual i think!) would be average, but it aint the size that matters , trust me!! lol
