It is. In Japan. But right now whoever subs it are subbing it so it might not be until a couple hours later or tomorrow. Just be patient :D

It is today, but that is in Japan and it comes on at 7:30. Just check youtube.com tomorrow, it should definitely be there! hope that was helpful!=]

Omg, i just asked the same question, but i just found a world clock and it said in Tokyo it was the 23rd.
So they are probably busy subbing it. It will probably be out tomorrow.

it is today in Japan. wait about 8 hours or wait til tomorrow and they'll have it for sure. patience is a virtue but i wanna see it pretty badly too.
