Depends some on the baby, but as a general rule, I do diaper first.
If she's poopy, you don't want her in it a second too long.
Plus, bottles often cause sleep- you don't want to be changing a baby who's inches from sleep- a change will snap her wide awake every time.
Exception- my oldest son used to wake up with only a slightly damp diaper, and I'd feed him before changing him because otherwise he'd start squalling like crazy and it would set the tone for his mood all day.
My younger son, and my daughter, have always been diaper-first babies.

Change baby's diaper first. She may have been screaming in the first place because her stomach ached and now that she has taken care of business she's made room for more. However, the reason I say change first is because we all know how long baby can take to drink a bottle sometimes and if there's a mess in her pants it might cause her to be uncomfortable and also the longer she 'sits' in it the higher rate at having a chance at a rash.

Don't let her get so hungry that this is a problem? Generally unless the child is indeed staving to death you would change the diaper and then feed. But in the case that you would not be able to buy (if you formula feed) formula AND diapers then you would need to buy the formula over the diapers because you can ALWAYS make a cloth diaper out of something

I know they say to change her right after shes done going potty, but there have been times when I have to feed her first because shes crying desperately. Then, in the middle of her feed, I burp her, change her, and then give her back the bottle. So far, I haven't had any problems in her diaper area this early on. So....I guess for me, if she's crying, the bottle. But, if she's mellow and happy before eating, then the diaper.

I say change her first and for two main reasons... one is that I can't see the child being able to enjoy eating anything while sitting in a wet or poppy diaper. The other is the baby's health. There are a few health issues that a left on dirty diaper can bring (diaper rash, yeast infection, etc) and if I can prevent them, I would rather do that.

The baby can wait 2 mins to eat. It needs to be changed first. The messes are hard on their skin. Id rather the baby cry a few minutes then to sit in a dirty diaper and get a tender tush.

I used to ask myself that same question. It will be okay if you feed your baby the bottle first and then a diaper change afterwards. If your baby seems too uncomfortable feeding with a wet or dirty diaper then change him/her. If the baby doesn't seem to mind then don't worry too much about it.
Hope this helps.

That it has a lot of room to stash stuff, that it fairly is reliable, and which you like the look of it. It does not even must be an "actual" diaper bag!! it fairly is the stuff which you put in it that concerns maximum. i think of the requirements are: -a padded changing pad (i do no longer believe the cleanliness of those turn-down ones they have in public restrooms) -diapers, diaper wipes, vaseline or in spite of butt cream you're using -a metamorphosis of garments -a receiving blanket -I additionally carry what i desire in case infant desires an emergency bathtub -- holiday length infant wash, infant lotion, numerous washcloths additionally depart sufficient room on your wallet, some toys, your keys, cellular telephone, and then some. you're no longer likely to desire to hold a handbag besides. i've got heard that some human beings discover it a lot extra trouble-free to tote infant around in the event that they only use an exceedingly reliable backpack as a diaper bag.

Did you know that crying won't actually hurt a baby? Change the diaper, crying or not, then settle down for a nice calm feed.
