No they can't. I love lips too and that's one of the first things I notice on a woman. Then if I like what I see I let my mind wander and if she'll let me I'll explore her full, glossy, pouty, shiny and fruity lips with mine.

No, thats why there is Lip Gloss for girls lip that can never be Glossy & Pouty & Shiny & Fruit Smelling. LoL<3 i LOVE lips too, by that i mean boy lips.

For girls sometimes lips can be puffy or pouty but that only happens if you touch your lips with your hands. Lips can be too glossy if you gloss them like every couple minutes. If you want them glossy gloss them a lot the first time but no more.

Speaking as a man who LOVES to kiss, I would have to say yes. Gloss or any other kind of cosmetic should gently enhance a feature not dominate it, not to mention the mess factor if things get going. To pouty? If you mean too thick, that depends on who's face the lips are on. So long as they don't look un natural, that's fine. My personal lips of choice are no thicker than the base of your middle finger.

I guess they could be too glossy or shiny, but as far as I'm concrned they can be as pouty and fruity smelling as the girl wants.

When I can see my reflection in someone elses lips or have to wear sunglasses because of the glare, then yes, you can possibly wear too much gloss. As far as Pouty, I think Agelina Jolie is too pouty.

Yes, a girls lips can be too much of a lot of things and being too pouty or sparkly would be some of those.

only when I was little, but i stopped trying to use the pouty lip when i got bewbies.. those work better. LOL.
