As an immortal god, Ares possesses vast strength and endurance. His physical attributes are superior to the majority of Olympian gods. He is able to lift approximately 70 tons. He has virtually inexhaustible stamina, not tiring appreciably after any exertion. Like all immortals, Ares cannot die by any conventional means. His life force is beyond the reach of mortal injury. He can be wounded in battle, but his godly life force gives him incredible recuperative abilities. He can heal from penetration wounds (such as by knife, sword, or bullet) in anywhere from minutes to hours, depending on their severity

Ares had a very good advantage in Warfare, he was the god of war after all, lol. He was very known however, for his incredible battle and fighting tactics, and his powerful use of manipulation.

He was supposed to be a cruel God; spitting image of his mother Hera. His thrones were covered in the skin of animals, and around his waist and neck, was the bones and skulls of humans. He also couldn't be killed; gods were immortal. He terrified people into worshiping him, and that was said to be the source of his power; the fear and terror of the humans. That goes for any God actually.

Just like any other God or Goddess, he had the power to transport himself, and he held some type of destructive power, like electric fireballs...if that makes any sense, lol !

War.

He's a brute, pretty rude, doesn't have a wife (but Aphrodite has an affair with him--she's married to Hephaestus.)

He was the only kid that Zeus and Hera had together. He's symbolic of their rocky relationship.
