Warrants never expire. Someday you will get stopped for speeding, failure to stop for a stop sign, or some other minor infraction, and you will be arrested.

I'm a probation officer, and I have some clients who failed to appear as juveniles. The warrants are still active, even after they are 21.

Your criminal record gets wiped at 18, but not arrest warrants. As far as I know, those can be served at any time no matter what your age.

Absolutely not.

If a warrant is out for your arrest and you are 18 or over, it will be out forever, or until they catch you.

Going to turn yourself in and ask for leniency ?

Nope - the law says you are an adult at 18 - even if you don't act like one.
