because wwe is making him a bad guy now, and also not giving him a chance to prove himself to the fans. They are also adding cena, hbk, batista, undertaker storyline, so randy orton is not noticed as much as the champions and the #1 contenders.

Because Randy Orton's enemies are people like John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels and these are people's favorites and people love them.
I personally liked Randy Orton when he was in The Evolution but when he became their enemy, I started to hate him!

Two reasons: One, he's a heel, so in essence, Randy Orton is doing his job right.
Two, he sucks. He's awful on the mic and he's a mediocre wrestler at best. The only reason they gave him the title was to annoint him the youngest champion in WWE history (which no longer made Brock "The Mistake" Lesnar the youngest champ in history).

they go by the character he plays in the wwe. He not a bad guy in real life I was fortune enought to meet him one day at a autograph signing. he seemed really nice just seeing him there I got a autograph and i even got a hug from him. omg i never forget that day i proubly looked like a dumbasss in front of a bunch of people cause i was so freaked out

Maybe it was because he gave that controversial promo where he said that Eddie Guarraro was in Hell. Ya, I know he didn't really mean it, that it was just an angle. But damn it all, even if it was a work it was still in poor taste. There are just somethings you don't do out of principle. This is by far his worst offence, he has made many in the past in attempt to build heel heat and will make many more, but damn it, this went to far.

I DONT HATE HIM!!! hes really hot! and he is best friends in real life with my favorite wrestler: Johnny Nitro
Anyways, Orton has good talent. We only get to see him on wrestling and he does act like a bad guy. But its scripted so its not really him. They probably hate his character, not him.

i think hes a good wrestler but i heard hes not a nice purson in real life like he got serpended for crappin in Maria's hand bag coz she said no to goin on a date with him? they made some crap up on wwe.com and on smackdown to stop ppl knowing about but it all came out over the internet in the end

Actually I heard he's kind of a prick backstage. But hey I like him because he's entertaining and fresh. I don't hate him at all. Plus, unlike most guys he can actually wrestle and is one tough sunnuvab!7ch. I respect him for his in ring work. His backstage attitude is questionable but I just think he's staying in character lol.

lol, how can they hate him? they don't even know him, you're right, it's his character they hate or dislike or whatever, its hard to explain but the things and decisions that his character makes or does makes everybody dislike him. but I bet outside of that ring he's a really cool guy. I've heard a lot of good things about him and John Cena when fans have met him.
