Skinny jeans are hard to wear unless you are pretty much on the very svelte side. Flats with skinny jeans are a look that generally only looks good on tall, skinny girls, IMHO or Audrey Hepburn look-alikes (back to the pin-thin thing). It's just not the most figure flattering combination on most people.
Color depends on the rest of the outfit but I can't think of many outfits that don't look good with black shoes.

Right now, what's in is wearing flats with skinnies. But, if your skinnies are black, you should not where the black flats. Otherwise go for it. Another thing to try (that's in) are red plaid flats, pointy toe flats, and metallic flats.

skinny jeans, especially dark washed, are good with almost any flats
they also look great with pointy heels
also u should totally get those leopard print flats, they sre really a hit
and totally adorable!!!!!

Yes...i usually wear flats or high heels....they look both cute with it....and flats also go great with leggings....FLATS AND SKINNY JEANS ROCK!
