How come the jordan cool grey iiis come out at footaction?

the cool grey iii's come out this saturday 2/24/07 the mall im going to has a finishline, footlocker and footaction but i asked around and their only coming out at foot action. this happening anywhere else? does any body konw why?

the Cool Grey III's are a LS release, meaning urban accounts and Niketowns only get them. Footlocker, Finishline, and Champs don't have urban accounts, but some footactions do.
