She says that she is still my best friend, but she keeps things from me and everything. Please give me advice on what to do.

Actions count, not words. I could tell you that I am your best friend but am I? Do you think I am? She is acting more like an enemy than a friend. You need to move on without her and find real friends.

Hey Ariel. It's Imani. I didn't know she said stuff about you! Why didn't you tell me!? After all, I AM your first best friend since we were 1 and still going strong!!! Why didn't you tell me!? Anyway, if she's talking about you, just tell her, "Listen. I already knew you talk about me. But why are you still doing it after you know I know? That's not what best friends should do. If you're still doing that, we shouldn't be friends anymore." You don't have to mean those last few words,"we shouldn't be friends anymore". That's just to make her feel like your friendship is on the line. And if she keeps doing that, it can cost your friendship. And don't forget, YOU STILL HAVE ME!!! LOL! But good luck with that. I hope everything works out. But HOW is she talking about you? E-mail me as soon as you can to tell me the details. :)

then she probably isnt a good best friend.... i see no reason why you two cant stay friends, just maybe find someone else to be your best friend who'll actually share stuff with you

Since you said "she says", it indicates that you don't believe her. Try going direct and asking her about what's on your mind. One on one issues are best addressed one on one.
