You may be avoiding addressing some serious problems and issues. Why don't you talk to your significant other and try to see if the two of you can work things out together. Don't try to tackle all of your issues by yourself. Reach out and see if there is anyone or anything that can help you work through your problems.

you need to come to your senses! we here on P&s are solving world crises left and right! what more noble "problems and issues in the real world" (to paraphrase you) can you, and you alone solve single-handedly? you are an integral, nay, the very keystone of our desires for the betterment of the world, and without yor continuedsupport, the system collapses.
PLEASE, dear and valued comrade, do not abandon us
now, now that we are so near to answering the ultimate question of our survival as a species!
