i gotta bulk up for football season but want some abs and stuff too. my arms are defined but i work my abs a lot and they still arent defined, pretty much same with my chest. how can i get more definition while still being big?

Sounds like you need to cut some fat but keep building muscle. Have a good balance between cardio, stretching, and weight lifting. Participate in at least 40 continual minutes of cardio 4 - 5 times a week. Stretch before and after each cardio and weight workout. Make sure you are eating well. Also, add some more protein into your diet, it will boost your metabolism and help build muscle.

To tone lift about 75% of your max and increase the reps

To get abs you must diet you would need to get your body fat percentage very low for them to appear.
