So i've seen a lot of hostility on here and else where as well.
about emo, metal heads, celebrities, etc, etc...
why??
why are some so much cooler then everyone else?
why does the music you listen too, the clothes you wear, the color of your hair, make you better or so much worse then everyone else??
why cant people except that everyone is different, no two people are the same and that is actually a good thing!!
and when you see or hear about someone being emo or britney shaving her head or anna dying, can't people see that maybe these people just really needed help and someone to listen to them instead of casting judgment and hatred their way..???

I think underneath it all, they're not happy with themselves so they project their hatred on others. If you are fine with yourself, you're not worrying about others or projecting hate.

When people are mean they are hiding from something that they do not like about them self. Take your own advice and except that everyone is different. You and I may not want a label, others do. We have to just let them be who they are.... We need more people like you in the world. This was a good question. I hope it make a few people stop and realize what comes out of their mouth tells the story of their soul.

That's what I was saying to this guy earlier . I cant stand it when people judge instead of loving or helping people when they really need the help . People do things to distance themselves from ignorance and hate crim and so on . I cant stomach it when people pass judge ment on others . I know I am not good all the time but the only time I cut them down is when they are doing harm to someone or something .

Sometimes, based on your personality, the first thing that comes to mind sitcks with you. For example, when Brittany shaved her head, many people thought "What's wrong with her?", but that is just what some people think. As for why people just hate others for them, that is still unknown. A sense of self pride builds up, especially when your friends follow you, so you feel as though if everyone is not like you, they shouldn't be near you.

I really like your question, it really gets me thinking. This is one question I have GOT to star!
You are a very thoughtful person, and I totally and completely agree with your opinion. People make an "ideal person" that they judge others on. Unfortunately, this "ideal" is, well, perfect. And perfect pretty much means boring, and we don't need any of that in this world.
People think that famous people, singers, rockers, actors, stars, are all inhuman. But the reality is, they are just as much 'people' as we are.
We shouldn't judge people on their money, clothes, hair, make-up, if they're in style or out. It's what they become, and what they do for others that should really stand out.
I think that this question is an "alarm clock" for some people. Thanks for asking it.

I can accept people are different.. I just don't like when people who choose to be different act uncomfortable and get defensive without anyone saying a word.. but other than that, different people make the world interesting.
