From the answers so far, it tells me Neo Con is the combination of Conservatism and Liberalism. Falls in the left right. Isnt that what Hillary Clinton is all about ???

That is what a neoconservative is. Former liberals who became conservative on foreign policy. They were the ones who brought intellectualism to the conservative movement.

Neoconservatives were originally liberal, but they are no longer associated with the Left. The Bushes are the examples of neoconservatism that stick out in my mind. Hillary is an American Liberal, what most Americans would see as the left, not a Neoconservative, which Americans see as the Right.

Your definition of a neocon is wrong. It is just a term applied to all very right wing conservatives today.
Hillary Clinton is a little to the right in some areas (foreign policy, capital punishment) but she also has some good socialistic ideas.
I remember when I was a kid, the big scare word was: "The commies will get you!" Your comment sounds about the same. Which puts you either at over 80 years old, or under 16.

No. Hillary isn't any kind of con, except for being contrary. Neocons are mostly former Dems who feel that the Democrativ Party left us. We are not communists.

No, that's not what a neo-con is. A neo-con is someone who is a traitor to conservatism and supports a somewhat liberal (but not socially liberal) form of government which is close to a dictatorship. The Bush administration is the prime example.

No. Hillary is a chameleon. She is whatever the polls state she should be at the moment.

Where do get that communism is part of being a neocon? I think you might have an arguement that she is a sort of neocon, but you aren't making a good one when you throw in communism...
